The Midwest Collegiate Conference men's cross country all-conference honors for the 2011 season were announced on Saturday, Nov. 5, at the conclusion of the MCC Championships held at the Dubuque Soccer Complex.

For the second straight year, senior Jim Vonnahme (Glidden, Iowa) was named to the MCC First Team. Vonnahme placed second at the MCC Championships with a time of 27:32.0 to qualify for the NAIA Championships for the second the second time; he also qualified in 2011. Sophomore Justin Welsh (Altoona, Iowa) earned Honorable Mention honors.
