Junior Men's Track athlete, Russell Greene (FR/Allenman, IA) (Polk City, IA) has been named Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week. Greene is coming off a great finish at the Grand View Invitational.

Greene won the 110m Hurdles in 15.44 seconds, placed 4th in the 400m Hurdles in 60.01 and ran on Grand View's 2nd place 4x400m relay team at the Grand View Invitational. Russell Greene posted the fastest 110m hurdle time in the conference also.

This is also Greene's first honor of the 2017 Spring Season. Congratulations Russell! Greene along with the rest of the Vikings are back in action Saturday, April 1st at the Baker Relays in Baldwin, Kansas.
